Steve Stringham graduated from Weber State University in 1999 with a Bachelor’s degree in Technical Sales with an emphasis on Finance, providing a solid foundation for his remarkable sales success. Steve joined Equity Real Estate in 2006, and by 2007, he was recognized as Equity’s “Top Selling Agent” for closing 56 transactions and over $12 million in real estate sales in his first full year. He was also awarded the prestigious “2007 Rookie of the Year” by the Salt Lake Board of Realtors®.
In 2008, Steve took on the opportunity to open an office for Equity Real Estate, growing it into one of Northern Utah’s largest offices closing an average of 100 homes per month. Steve is dedicated to mentoring agents and believes that honesty and loyalty are the cornerstones of any successful business. In addition to running his office he’s one of the owners of Equity Real Estate and enjoys the challenge of growing and expanding Equity across the nation.
Steve resides in Layton, Utah, with his wife Cindy and their five children. Outside of real estate, he enjoys spending time traveling or fishing/hunting with his family and friends. A passionate traveler, Steve makes it a priority to spend at least six weeks each year with his family and friends, enjoying the adventures that fuel his love for life.
