My name is Kristen Visser, and I am the owner of Visser Realty Group. I’ve been selling real estate in Utah since 2015 and have been affiliated with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices in South Ogden since obtaining my license. I manage a small team comprised of myself and my husband. We plan to expand our team in the coming years, and this year, I am focused on obtaining my broker’s license.
Prior to my real estate sales career, I spent five years working in property management, dealing with both private rentals and large-scale multi-family housing. I love teaching new investors about the ins and outs of rental management and am a property investor myself.
My specialties include new construction, relocation, and historic homes. I am passionate about improving access to housing and building generational wealth through real estate.
I served on the Weber County Heritage Foundation board for four years and was active on several committees. Additionally, I am a member of the Northern Wasatch Home Builders Association, where I serve on their Realtor Committee.
My husband, Chris, and I have been married since 2013 and are blessed with three amazing kids: Hayden, Scarlet, & Knox. We enjoy traveling together as a family and experiencing new adventures. We have called Ogden home since 2014.
As a candidate for the NWAOR Board of Directors, I believe I bring a unique blend of experience and dedication to the industry. My combined background in property management and real estate sales, coupled with my involvement in various local organizations, has given me valuable insights into the needs and concerns of both professionals and homeowners. I am committed to fostering collaboration, advocating for responsible development, and promoting ethical practices within our industry.
