Annette Judd is a dedicated community leader, real estate broker, and U.S. Air Force veteran who has been proudly serving Northern Utah since 2014. Originally from St. Louis, Missouri, Annette served as an Air Traffic Controller in the Air Force while stationed in California. During her service, she was also a member of the Honor Guard, providing military honors for fallen veterans and participating in numerous color guard assignments—an experience that deepened her lifelong commitment to service.
Annette has called West Point home for many years and is currently serving her second term on the West Point City Council, having been elected in 2019. She also brings over three years of leadership on the North Davis Fire District Board, where she works to ensure the safety and well-being of local families. Her unique blend of public service, military discipline, and business experience gives her a balanced and thoughtful approach to leadership.
Annette is happily married to Ryan Judd, and together they have raised seven children—all now grown—and are proud grandparents to three beautiful grandchildren. She finds joy in caring for her home, spending time with family, and staying deeply connected to her community—including their beloved labradoodle, Loki.
