Committees

REALTOR® and Affiliate Members are encouraged to volunteer throughout the year to serve on one or more of the Board’s many committees. The experience offers an exceptional opportunity to network with other real estate professionals and make new friends.

To volunteer contact:
Kristi Jeppesen at (801) 476-4216 or [email protected]

Each year, the Board of Directors identifies and establishes committees and/or task groups to carry out responsibilities ranging from internal affairs to community service. The smooth and efficient running of the Board is accomplished by hours of volunteer service by many dedicated members. We invite you to give back to the industry and the community by volunteering your time.

When a member receives an assignment, he or she is expected to donate the time and effort necessary for that committee to be successful in carrying out its assignment. Committee assignments will be finalized by the end of the year.

AFFILIATE COMMITTEE

Spencer Clark
Committee Chair

The Affiliate Committee is comprised of Affiliates who promote networking and education to REALTORS® through social events, educational classes and sponsorship opportunities.

“What is an Affiliate?”

Affiliate members are a valuable group of members strategically designed to bring together professionals from associated real estate industries. These affiliate members all share the common objective of serving and supporting you, as realtors and your clients. Their aim in educating, mentoring and helping, centers on the common goal of better serving you as a member of the Northern Wasatch Association of REALTORS®. Affiliate members have a commitment to strong ethical practices, high professional standards and quality customer satisfaction. This makes them valuable and reliable components of your association.

It is important to be sure that the business partners and vendors you are currently utilizing are active Affiliate Members. Active affiliates are those taking part and working on projects and events that make your life as a Realtor that much better. Affiliate members are ready and willing to assist you with their specialty at your time of need. They understand–and excel–in their roles to you as an agent. These Affiliates have committed and shown through membership dues, participation on affiliate committees and other related committees that they truly care about the Success of You–their REALTORS!
